NEW WEB PAGES: CSS (ALMOST)

This is the start of the new photo page that I am trying to do in all CSS. There are not tables here. But I am still trying to figure everything out with this template. Added some nice touches rotating pictures, and date routines Some of th links work; others don't and the thumbnails are just pictures sized with the image tag in the CSS; so some are a little distorted.
